O.D.d.dimensions of the trays each 8 1/4 "L x 5 1/2"W x 1 3/4"D includes seven degree taper on side walls with rib supports on the tray side walls and bottom, each tray with removable inserts to form 2 compartment pockets (2 7/8" x 2 7/8" and 4 1/4" x 5") or 3 compartment pockets(1 9/16" x 2 7/8", 2 7/8" x 2 7/8" and 4 1/4" x 5") in each tray and includes preheating station for easy forming of semri-rigid materials, zone heating and masking plate to prevent film stretching, and accuform plug assists for positively forming both the 2 pocket and 3 pockets. Sealing plate for 6 up tooling with easy peel adaption and seal between the tray pockets. Cutting Station includes:, 2 Guillotine shearcross cut assemblies, and 4 Multivac KG87 inline rigid cutting knife assemblies.
